Under 7s First Match.
Ballyfermot DLS v St Patricks (P)
It was a crisp dry morning when the under 7s team came to The Gaels to play in their first match, all the kids were bursting with energy as they all were in bed early the previous night because they were so looking forward to their first game for Ballyfermot DLS GAA Club.
The opposition hadn't far to come as they are our neighbours St Patricks (Palmerstown). There was over 50 kids in the Gaels and the atmosphere was electric as they waited for the whistle for throw in.
There was 4x10 minute games and they all put into practice everything they had been learning since the begining of the season.
The day was a great success as all the kids enjoyed their time on the field and were looking forward with great excitement to their next match.
